When will my order ship?

Please allow 72 hours for orders to be processed, and 7 days for items to be shipped out. We are working hard to customize every individual piece and can't wait to see you shine in your divine!

What is the return policy?

Due to limited inventory and high demand, all sales are finals. We are confident you are going to love your new peices!

How do I care for my garments?

We craft our garments with high quality materials, and want to see your pieces last a long time. Follow the instructions on the garment tag closely, and please don't overwash!

The longevity of your garment depends on the aftercare. Please follow the instructions to avoid ruining your garment. Iconic One is not responsible for garments damaged after being worn and washed.

What if I recieve a damaged item?

We carefully inspect every garment before it is packaged up and shipped off. In the event that damages occurred during shipping, please email us a photo showing the damaged area within 72 hours of receiving the items. Damages have to be shipped back within 10 days from receiving your order.
